Friendly service with a great location just minutes away from the main train station. I was kinda surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms, and the breakfast selection was satisfactory. there were a few minor inconveniences, like the small room size. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the rail station, the river, and the town centre. It is also just a stone's throw away from the cathedral, yet still on a peaceful street. The cleanliness of the accommodations and the helpfulness of the staff were great. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Köln. The staff was professional and helpful, and the rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. I especially loved the attention to detail, with comfy beds and a delicious breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the Christmas markets and the rest of the city.
No room for improvement, everything was fantastic.
